Activity history
Browse and edit everything you've logged
The History tab shows everything you've ever logged, grouped by date with the most recent entries on top. It's the long-form view of your activity record.
Filtering & searching
- Filter by task to see just one activity's logs
- Filter by time period — Today, This Week, This Month, or All Time
- Search across task names and notes to find a specific entry
Editing & deleting
Tap any entry to edit its time or note — useful if you forgot to log something at the moment and want to backdate it.
Swipe left on an entry to delete it. This affects only that one log, not the task itself.
