Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LastDid application ("the App") developed by Brake Networks. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

LastDid is an activity tracking app that helps you log and review activities you've completed. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your Data

All data you create in LastDid is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Brake Networks is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

The App provides an export feature to help you back up your data. We recommend using it periodically.

In-App Purchases

LastDid offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock unlimited task creation. This purchase is:

• Processed by Apple through the App Store
• A one-time, non-recurring charge
• Subject to Apple's refund policies
• Restorable on other devices using the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brake Networks and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Brake Networks does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brake Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
